Biography: Matt Bennion – Group Head of Service and People

Matt Bennion joined EC Harris in 2002 and helped to establish EC Harris’ management consultancy and transformational change business.  In 2008 he became an Executive Group Board Member, with group wide responsibility for the delivery of the best possible outcomes to our clients, including the quality and relevance of our services and the capability, attitude and behaviours of our people.

Matt has extensive experience in the delivery of major projects, programmes and business ventures and has specialist skills in supply chain and change management - working with clients such as: BAA, Railway Procurement Agency, Balfour Beatty, IBM, Barclays Bank, Aldar and Sama Dubai to deliver benefits from improvements in asset and supply chain performance, corporate strategy and organisational effectiveness.

Prior to EC Harris, Matt was a partner at Davis Langdon, providing cost and commercial management solutions for clients such as Land Securities, BAA, BAA Lynton, Abstract Securities and the London Docklands Development Corporation. Before this Matt trained as a Quantity Surveyor with Wates Construction.

Matt has a degree in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
