Biography: David Sparrow – Global Head of Client Solutions

David Sparrow is an Executive Group Board member at EC Harris LLP. David was appointed to the post of Head of Client Solutions in May 2007 after a period as Global Head of Property. David has board level responsibility for what markets the firm operates in, what services it offers and the clients with whom the business works. Since becoming Head of Client Solutions, David has led the development of a closer, more efficient presence for clients by extending the firm’s geographical reach, particularly into Eastern Europe. This followed on from his role in the late 90s and early part of this decade in establishing EC Harris’ global presence.

A Partner of EC Harris since 1988, David continues to work with numerous blue chip clients worldwide, including HSBC, Barclays Bank, Mandarin Oriental Group, BAA, British Telecom, Pramerica, Tesco, De La Rue and Cadbury Schweppes. He has extensive experience with large portfolios and roll out projects at strategic level and has specialist skills around Corporate Real Estate performance. His involvement in a number of significant projects and multi-use sites has included providing procedural advice on feasibility and on all financial aspects of proposed developments in the UK, Central Europe and Asia.

David has a degree in Building Economics and is a practice representative for the British Property Federation. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
