Recent worldwide price increases have been driven
by a number of factors, not the least increased demand across the
world as countries and regions recover from recession. Looking
forward that recovery is going to proceed more slowly in the West
and the USA than in many parts of Eastern Europe while recovery in
Asia is expected to be broadly based.
