Growing strong organisations

Organisation Design is often mistaken for structure; which actually tells us very little.  A strong organisation design addresses the complex relationships between value delivery, what systems and processes to use, the skills and capabilities and culture required to perform and move through to renewal.  

A journey through change

Whilst most people readily accept the need for change, the journey that they see and fear brings about a mixture of apprehension and confusion. Redesigning or even ‘right sizing’ organisations, functions or portfolios is dominated by the emotional and political dimensions of the change.  Our experience of how people respond to these dimensions enables us to support the joint client team and the people it affects around these dynamics. We take clients on a facilitated change journey to realign its operations, swiftly building robust plans and projects to implement business change. We ensure that the people capability in the organisation is suitable; that they are in the right roles and that they can begin building and performing again.

Change collaboration

Working through change within clients’ organisations requires a high level of executive alignment, team commitment to success and collaboration values and behaviours.  Our role is always to engage and embed change into the organisation rather imposing anything upon it.  We have expert knowledge in bringing people in easing the change journey with change management tools.
