for the scheme that reflects the business case and proposed
budget.
Our focus with private clients is in helping them
compete successfully for tenders. We help them identify where they
can add most value by highlighting which areas of their offer are
the closest fit to the bid.

stage. We then manage the competitive tender, making sure it’s
