EC Harris to provide clients with new funding routes following two
strategic
hires
[April 2010]
International built asset consultancy, EC
Harris has appointed two senior directors from First Phase
Consulting, the corporate finance and property investment
company.
Craig Anderson and Paul Fowle join the
consultancy this month, and will enable EC Harris to create project
finance solutions for its clients combining investment, funding and
property knowledge. Both join the firm’s asset finance and
investment team led by Keith Perry, who also recently joined EC
Harris from The Asset Factor.
At First Phase, Craig and Paul assisted banks
and financial institutions with their toxic and impaired debt,
developing funding strategies for property transactions. Prior to
First Phase, Craig was head of acquisitions at Ready2invest, the
private overseas investment company, and held senior City roles for
both Deutsche Bank and UBS. Paul has previously held senior
management positions in the City within major and global banks,
such as ING Bank, Credit Lyonnais, Westpac and Sumitomo Bank, as
well as in the commercial and consulting sectors.
Keith Brooks, Head of Property at EC Harris
comments: “The recession has changed the asset ownership and
finance landscape. New opportunities are demanding new
solutions to generate value. As Built Asset Consultants we
are further investing in our ability to create new asset investment
and finance solutions for our clients.”
