EC Harris Shortlisted for RESI Awards 2013

Following our successful shortlisting of two Building Awards, EC Harris has also been shortlisted  at this year’s RESI Awards for Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year.

This category recognises the most outstanding Residential Consultancy Practices in the UK in 2012. The shortlisted companies will be able to demonstrate sound market knowledge and robust residential development appraisal capabilities as well as innovation in a variation of basis of sale such as development agreements and options, joint ventures sales and conditional agreements subject to planning. The basis of this category is that the candidate was instrumental in making it happen.
