'Best Regeneration Project- London Region'
|
EC Harris has been awarded the RICS (London Region) award for
the 'Best Regeneration Project of the Year' for its work on the
Michael Faraday Primary School in south London.
The project is also a RIBA London Region award winner.

Union Investment Award
'Creativity and Innovation'
|
EC Harris who was part of the Emporio Hamburg Union Invest
project team, recognised for overcoming the multiple
challenges of completely refurbishing a forty year old listed
office tower and revitalising it under the constraints of
sustainability. This included the total renewal of the façade and
increasing it by another two storeys - as well as the major task of
developing a new hotel complex on the site at the same time.

'Linda Grant Safety Award'

The Fryston & Wheldale reclamation project is part of the
National Coalfields Programme and reclaimed a 98 hectare site which
surrounded a village with 76 homes. The scheme provided a further
150 homes for the area.
The scheme also achieved a CEEQUAL excellent rating and a Bronze
Considerate Constructors site award.
