APM Overseas Project of the Year
Award
|
EC Harris is the proud
recipient of the “APM Overseas Project of the Year Award" for its
work on the Al Wadha Master Development in Abu Dhabi. The
prestigious Association for Project Management award was received
by Project Director, Jonathan Mullan, at a ceremony held in London
on Thursday 1 November.

Institution of Civil
Engineers Awards

The Institution of Civil
Engineers awarded the Usk Town Flood Wall Refurbishment Scheme the
prestigious Roy Edwards Special Award. EC Harris was an integral
part of the client team in providing pre and post cost and
commerical advice on the project.

Management Consultancies Association Awards |
The MCA awards are a benchmark
for quality within the consulting industry. EC Harris was highly
commended for the category of Operational Perfomance in the Public
Sector for their work with Scottish Water.

Central and Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards
(CEEQA)
'Development Services Company
of the Year'
|
The CEEQAs are considered to be the most prestigious commercial
real estate industry awards. They promote the emerging Europe
region to the international investment arena at an annual gala held
in association with the Financial Times.
In addition to EC Harris winning 'Development Services Company of
the Year', the former Chairman also received the ‘2012
Lifetime Achievement Award. We were also shortlisted for the
'RealGreen Services Provider of the Year'.

CEE Retail Real Estate Awards
'Project Management Firm of the Year'
2011'
|
EC Harris was awarded Project
Management Firm of the Year for the fourth year running. In the
last four years we have doubled the number of active retail clients
in the Central Eastern European region, supporting the
promotion of retail expansion opportunites and the supply of
appropriate capability in Central and South Eastern Europe.

Anthony Leigh from EC Harris won the Outstanding
Individual in Industry 2011 'PM of the Year' on the new HSBC Main

'Best Regeneration Project- London Region'
|
EC Harris has been awarded the RICS (London Region) award for
the 'Best Regeneration Project of the Year' for its work on the
Michael Faraday Primary School in south London.
The project is also a RIBA London Region award winner.

Union Investment Award
'Creativity and Innovation'
|
EC Harris who was part of the Emporio Hamburg Union Invest
project team, recognised for overcoming the multiple
challenges of completely refurbishing a forty year old listed
office tower and revitalising it under the constraints of
sustainability. This included the total renewal of the façade and
increasing it by another two storeys - as well as the major task of
developing a new hotel complex on the site at the same time.
