Harris secures HK$4 Billion new build in
Asia

International built asset
consultancy, EC Harris, has been appointed by Goodman Group Hong
Kong to manage its HK$4 billion distribution centre and warehouse
development in Tsing Yi.
Goodman Interlink is a 2.4 million sq ft
development and will be the fourth largest warehouse in Hong
Kong. Following a two-year construction period, tenants will
include DHL Supply Chain and Yusen.
EC Harris will mainly provide project management services for
the complete duration of the construction from foundation to tenant
occupation, along with a wide range of integrated construction
solutions to Goodman, including full time site monitoring and risk
management and programme analysis and contract advisory.
