Mathew Riley joins EC
Harris to head cost and commercial
activities

EC Harris has appointed Mathew Riley in the
newly created role of Group Head of Cost and Commercial, joining
recently appointed Stephen Paxton as Group Head of Programme
Management.
Mathew is a highly regarded influencer in the
property and construction industry, having pioneered a new approach
to commercial relationships at the £4.3bln Heathrow T5
project.
Mathew joins EC Harris from Laing O’Rourke
where he was the director leading procurement, having previously
enjoyed a number of high profile roles for BAA in the preceding 11
years.

Riley joins EC Harris on 1 November 2009.
