Facilities Management Excellence and Transformational Project

Two EC Harris Partners, Andy Coy and
Andrew Macpherson have been named amongst RFP Magazine’s
Outstanding Individuals in Asia’s built environment industries,
announced on 15 July. The awards recognize excellence of
individuals operating across a range of disciplines and setting new
standards in their chosen fields.
Andy Coy, Partner at EC Harris, was recognized in the category
of Excellence in Facilities Management for his work with the
Corporate Real Estate Department of one of the region’s largest
financial services organizations. In a difficult financial
environment, Andy and his team delivered substantial change across
the bank’s diverse property portfolio without any major impact on
the organization’s customer service delivery, thanks to robust
processes and procedures to manage business risk, continuity and
governance.
Andrew Macpherson, also a Partner at EC Harris, was recognized
for his role as Transformational Project Leader with the same
organization. Andrew and his team successfully delivered the
first phase of a major transformation of the bank’s facilities,
restructuring the project team to achieve a truly integrated and
collaborative end-to-end solution for his client, and leading teams
responsible for delivering a range of physical and soft service
transformation projects.
According to Jonathan Berney, EC Harris Asia Regional Leader,
the RFP Awards are fantastic recognition for the deep expertise and
experience of Andy and Andrew, and their teams, and the leadership
they are showing within the industry. “Andy and Andrew have been
promoting excellence in built asset management in Asian and global
markets for many years, and each have a track record of delivering
integrated and innovative solutions on large and complex projects
in partnership with their clients. Congratulations to them both on
this well-deserved industry recognition,” he said.
