EC Harris appointed to Phase One of
Kings Cross
development

Harris has supported One Housing Group on the recent completion of
the Development Agreement to deliver the first phase of affordable
housing at Kings Cross Central.
EC Harris provided development expertise for
Phase One of the 67 acre brownfield development, enabling a
contract to be finalised and signed by One Housing Group and the
Kings Cross development partners.
Phase One of the project will consist of 284
affordable homes backed by HCA grant. This will include social
rented homes, extra care housing for the elderly, shared ownership
units and specialist housing to meet the needs of vulnerable
people.

Kings Cross Central is a mixed use
regeneration project in central London consisting of over £2
billion infrastructure works. The first offices, homes and a
university are due for completion in 2012.
