Hire for EC Harris Affordable Housing

EC Harris has boosted its Affordable
Housing team with the hire of David Mairs. David joins from
the Tribal Group and will strengthen EC Harris’s expertise in the
area of treasury consultancy.
At EC Harris David will have specific
responsibility for accelerating the expansion of Treasury and Debt
fund raising services. He will be focusing on treasury risk
management advisory services, new capital sources and developing
new funding structures for Affordable Housing clients to underpin
the creation of growth capacity as the financial and risk dynamics
of the sector undergo fundamental change.
David was Managing Director of Treasury
Services at Tribal Consulting. He has over 30 years
experience of the City with a background in international project
and property finance and corporate treasury in the oil and gas
exploration and production industry. For the the last 10
years he has been a specialist in treasury consultancy to the
Affordable Housing sector. David was also Vice Chair of a
major Affordable Housing provider in the South and an independent
Board member with one of the last single estate transfer housing
associations.
