EC Harris Appoints Stephen McNeil to Oil &
Gas Team Based in Aberdeen

International Built Asset Consultancy, EC Harris, has expanded
its Oil & Gas team with the appointment of Stephen McNeil as
Partner, based in Aberdeen.
Stephen is a senior project controls manager with schedule, cost
management and productivity expertise gained over 25 years industry
experience. He has a broad project management knowledge base
with experience of the full project lifecycle on major
projects.
Stephen joins EC Harris from Wood Group Engineering North Sea
where he was Head of Project Controls overseeing a function of 150
people. Stephen has also held senior management positions
within two major consulting organisations.
At EC Harris, Stephen will be responsible for leading and
growing the firm’s project controls and maintenance optimisation
services in the Aberdeen Oil & Gas Sector.
