EC Harris, the international Built Asset Consultancy, has appointed Scott Grant as Partner and Head of Service for Project Management in London and South East.

Scott will be responsible for leading and growing the firm’s project management capability within the commercial and corporate real estate sectors.

Scott joins EC Harris from GVA Grimley’s project management arm - GVA Second London Wall, where he was a Project Director responsible for the successful delivery of several major commercial projects.  Possessing over 15 years experience, Scott has extensive knowledge and experience in major new build, refurbishment and fit out projects for developer and corporate end user clients.
