Leading forensic delay expert joins EC Harris LLP

David Dale joins international Built Asset Consultancy, EC Harris, as Partner and Regional Leader for Contract Solutions in the Dubai office.

David joins EC Harris from Warner Construction Consultants Inc where he was latterly the Managing Director of its International Operations based in the Middle East.

Having trained as a planning/industrial engineer, David has over 25 years’ practical experience in project/commercial management in commercial real estate and in scheduling of major, multi-discipline projects world wide.

He has been involved in a large variety of design, manufacturing and construction work including airport extensions, oil & gas projects, retail and housing developments and industrial facilities.

At EC Harris, David will focus on leading the growth of the Contract Solutions team in the Middle East.  He will also lead the market position in the Contract Advice, Commercial and Claims management as well as the delivery of Expert Witness Services, by developing and expanding the existing client base in the region.
