After
successfully delivering several projects in Romania in the 1990s,
EC Harris formally entered the Romanian market in June 2007 when we
set up SC EC Harris Projects S.R.L; a Romanian company with offices
in the Capital City and Cluj-Napoca in Northern Romania. We are an
active and integral part of the EC Harris Group; one of the world’s
foremost built asset consultancies, serving a broad range of
clients both locally and across Europe.
In our first year, we have grown the Romanian team to over 20
people. We offer a wide range of professional and specialist
services across the property and infrastructure sectors, that help
our clients gain maximum value from their built assets. In
particular, we specialise in project and cost management, technical
due diligence, project health check, as well as services as
lenders' representatives.
Within the property sector, we have advised on schemes for
retail, residential, office, leisure and commercial facilities. To
date, we have also carried out due diligence and investment
advisory services on over 100,000 m² of facilities. In addition,
our infrastructure specialists have advised the National Roads
Authority on contractual and commercial issues and we are active in
the Rail, Water and Aviation Sectors.
