EC Harris has had a strong presence
in Europe for over 20 years. In 2003, we opened an office in the
heart of Paris’ business district. Our business in France has grown
by 25% each year since.
The French office is principally involved in the property sector.
Working with clients who have extensive portfolios of property in
the corporate real estate, hotel and retail sectors, as well as
interests in lending and investing. We focus on project management,
building surveying and quantity surveying, using our professional
skills to manage our clients’ capital expenditure and operational
expenditure, helping them get the best value out of their property
assets.
EC Harris France also has a satellite office in Brussels, which
handles projects throughout Benelux. As part of a global business,
our outlook and capabilities are decidedly international. 70% of
our staff are French Nationals, 80% are fluent in both English and
French, and 25% speak three or more languages.
