Six months into the power sector’s new regulatory cycle – has anything changed?

As we hit the six months on mark in the regulatory cycle, I can say work has begun in earnest on delivering the outputs and returns needed to outperform DPCR5 across the power distribution sector. I am seeing that network operators have recognised the need to drive substantial savings plans and they themselves are setting an efficiency challenge of circa 20% over the next five years.
